Tachyon9 Corporation and Nixxy, Inc.
(NASDAQ: NIXX) said on June 22, 2026 that they executed an offtake agreement with Nidar Infrastructure Limited, the parent company and majority shareholder of India's Yotta Data Services, advancing a strategic partnership the parties announced earlier in the week.
The companies said the agreement reinforces the commercial foundation of the planned Nakota AI Data Campus in North Dakota and provides for roughly $156 million in annual recurring revenue from an initial 100 MW phase.
Terms of the agreement The agreement reflects the commercial terms contemplated under the parties' previously announced memorandum of understanding, according to the release.
