Park Aerospace Q2 net sales rise to $20.8 million

NEWTON, Kansas, October 8, 2026. Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE: PKE) reported net sales of $20,791,000 for the second quarter of fiscal 2027, which ended August 30, 2026. The figure represents an increase from $16,381,000 in the same period of the prior year and $18,312,000 in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.

NEWTON, Kansas, October 8, 2026. Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE: PKE) reported net sales of $20,791,000 for the second quarter of fiscal 2027, which ended August 30, 2026. The figure represents an increase from $16,381,000 in the same period of the prior year and $18,312,000 in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.

Net earnings for the quarter reached $4,534,000, compared to $2,404,000 in the second quarter of fiscal 2026 and $3,533,000 in the first quarter of fiscal 2027. For the first six months of the current fiscal year, net earnings totaled $8,067,000, up from $4,484,000 in the comparable period last year. Adjusted EBITDA was $5,285,000 for the second quarter, versus $3,401,000 a year earlier. For the first half of fiscal 2027, Adjusted EBITDA stood at $9,861,000 compared to $6,364,000 in the prior year period.

Basic and diluted earnings per share both came in at $0.21 for the second quarter of fiscal 2027. This compares to $0.12 in the second quarter of fiscal 2026 and $0.17 in the first quarter of fiscal 2027. For the six-month period ending August 30, 2026, basic earnings per share were $0.38 and diluted earnings per share were $0.37. In the same six-month period a year earlier, basic earnings per share were $0.23 and diluted earnings per share were $0.22.

Park Aerospace develops and manufactures solution and hot-melt advanced composite materials for the global aerospace market. The company’s products include film adhesives and lightning strike protection materials used in jet engines, transport aircraft, military aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, business jets, general aviation aircraft, and rotary wing aircraft. The firm also offers specialty ablative materials for rocket motors and nozzles.

Management stated that it discloses Adjusted EBITDA as a non-GAAP measure to assist shareholders in assessing operating performance alongside GAAP results.
