MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE). Cycurion, Inc. released a letter to shareholders in which Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Kelly outlined the company's strategy to transition from a services-heavy model to a product-focused business centered on predictive intelligence. The communication, provided via an 8-K filing, details the operational roadmap and market expansion plans following the company's recent compliance with Nasdaq bid-price requirements.

Kelly stated that the company's immediate objective is to convert its operational foundation into increased revenue, improved margins, and stronger cash generation. He noted that recent months were dedicated to resolving inherited obligations and strengthening the organizational structure. To support this shift, Cycurion has hired former U.S. Intelligence Community professionals and private-sector cyber experts, including technology and product leaders with experience launching successful products. These hires are intended to build a differentiated cybersecurity platform.

The letter defines predictive intelligence as an offense-informed defense approach that identifies threats before they become disruptions. The method involves studying client environments from an attacker's perspective, connecting threat intelligence with client systems and vulnerabilities to prioritize risk mitigation. Kelly explained that this approach helps clients determine where to focus personnel and budget first. While Cycurion currently provides cybersecurity services, certain new predictive capabilities are in beta testing with several organizations ahead of their planned release.

The company's market strategy targets both government and commercial sectors. In the government space, Cycurion leverages its existing record of serving state and local agencies as a foundation for expansion into additional states. For federal contracts, housed in its subsidiaries Axxum and Cloudburst, the company intends to pursue opportunities more aggressively using the expertise of its new hires from the Intelligence and Special Operations communities. In the commercial sector, the company is focusing initially on financial services and healthcare, aiming to address specific business risks for small and midsize businesses. Kelly noted that commercial sales cycles can be shorter than government procurement cycles, allowing for quicker response to market demand.

The acquisition of Digital Ally Video Solutions provides a channel for cross-selling cybersecurity products to more than 800 police departments, municipalities, and public safety agencies. These organizations use technology to manage sensitive evidence, and Cycurion plans to introduce its security solutions alongside the video technologies these clients already use. Successful adoption depends on customer needs, budget priorities, and implementation timing.

Currently, approximately 80% of Cycurion's business consists of services. The shift toward products is intended to scale capabilities across multiple customers and improve margins over time, as products require less incremental personnel investment than service engagements. The company's Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer are tasked with leveraging their offensive cybersecurity experience to develop these offerings.

The roadmap announced on October 14 includes three targeted release windows: an AI-driven security operations capability in the coming weeks, an enhanced web application release of Panoptic this quarter, and a unified predictive intelligence platform in early 2027. These dates remain subject to development, testing, customer feedback, and regulatory considerations. Cycurion regained Nasdaq minimum bid-price compliance on October 2, 2026, following a reverse split. The company remains subject to continued listing requirements and a Discretionary Panel Monitor through October 1, 2027.
