Una Pizza Napoletana in New York City has secured the number one position in the 2026 50 Top Pizza USA ranking, marking its fifth consecutive year at the top of the list.
The pizzeria, founded by Anthony Mangieri in 1996, is described by The New York Times as a stand-up example of sit-down pizza.
Mangieri personally crafts each ball of dough by hand and shapes, tops, and bakes every pie himself. The restaurant also placed second in the 2026 50 Top Pizza World ranking.
Eater NY previously characterized the restaurant's Margherita pie as a miracle of pizza development and evolution unlike any other Neapolitan pie in the world.
