Four executive bonus programs at UGI Corporation and its subsidiaries will be replaced by a single consolidated plan, approved August 4, 2026, by the company's Compensation and Talent Development Committee.
The new UGI Corporation Executive Short-Term Incentive Bonus Plan takes effect October 1, 2026, and covers all Section 16 officers designated by UGI's board of directors, along with senior employees at participating subsidiaries and affiliates selected by the committee.
UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) disclosed the change in an 8-K current report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
What the new plan replaces The approved Bonus Plan supersedes the UGI Corporation Executive Annual Bonus Plan, the AmeriGas Executive Annual Bonus Plan, the UGI Utilities Executive Annual Bonus Plan, and all other executive annual bonus plans and plan summary details in place across subsidiaries and affiliates that join the new structure.
