Holders of 11,832,946 shares voted Monday to adjourn Spruce Power Holding Corporation's 2026 annual stockholder meeting, pushing five agenda items to a reconvened session on August 25, 2026.
The company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange as SPRU, disclosed the result in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission the same day.
Adjournment vote tally Spruce Power convened the annual meeting Monday with only one item on the floor: Proposal Six, a measure authorizing the board to adjourn the meeting to a later date if necessary or appropriate.
Approval required a majority of votes cast. The final count showed 11,832,946 votes for, 890,184 against, and 92,408 abstentions. Broker non-votes were zero, the filing shows.
