Alan Khalili will become chief financial officer of Sidus Space, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIDU) on July 27, 2026, the company disclosed in an 8-K filing Thursday.
Khalili succeeds John Burke, who held the interim CFO role during what Sidus called a transition period.
Khalili's background Khalili brings more than two decades of executive finance experience across the space, satellite, and technology sectors, according to the release.
His career spans investment banking, public accounting, and co-founding a space-based global aviation-surveillance data platform, in addition to prior public-company CFO work.
