The board of Primis Financial Corp. will fall from eleven to ten directors on August 31.

Jones served on the Enterprise Risk Committee. He will vacate that seat as well upon his exit from the board, the filing shows.
Primis Financial said the resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the company or its board on any matter relating to the operations, policies, or practices of the company.
