Revenue of $7.0 million in the second quarter set a quarterly record for Precipio, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRPO), the specialty cancer diagnostics company disclosed in an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The result was up 22% year over year from $5.7 million in Q2-2025 and above the prior quarter's $6.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA turned positive at $0.4 million after a loss of $0.2 million in Q1-2026.
Precipio said the swing was driven by a $0.3 million revenue increase and a $0.2 million reduction in stock-based compensation expense.
On a GAAP basis the company posted a net loss of $0.2 million for the quarter, against net income of $0.1 million in Q2-2025.
