Paslay Management Group, LLC acquired Barich, Inc.
to extend its executive advisory capabilities in technology strategy, IT planning, and complex airport capital program delivery, the Fort Worth aviation consultancy reported Tuesday.
The company said the deal is part of an effort to operate as a more integrated aviation consultancy. No financial terms were disclosed.
What the deal adds Paslay described the capabilities Barich brings as falling across three areas: technology strategy, IT planning, and airport capital program delivery.
