OneMedNet Corporation (Nasdaq: ONMD) set August 5, 2026 as the deadline for stockholder nominations and proposals, the company disclosed in a Form 8-K filed July 24, as the board moved the 2026 annual meeting to September 18.
The record date for stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting will be August 11, 2026.
