Ademi LLP said Wednesday it is investigating Distribution Solutions Group, Inc.
(NASDAQ: DSGR) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of law in connection with a recently announced transaction between DSG and LKCM Headwater.
What Ademi LLP is examining The investigation centers on whether Distribution Solutions Group is obtaining a fair price for its public shareholders in the LKCM Headwater deal, the firm said.
