Thirty consecutive business days with closing bid prices below $1.00 per share triggered a Nasdaq Staff Determination letter to FibroBiologics, Inc.

(Nasdaq: FBLG) on July 22, 2026, notifying the Houston-based company that its securities are scheduled for removal from The Nasdaq Capital Market.

The noncompliant period ran from June 8 through July 21, breaching Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.

Reverse stock split forfeits the standard cure period Most companies that fall below the minimum bid requirement receive a 180-calendar-day window to return to compliance.
