EQT agreed to acquire Copia Power, a company that develops, owns, and operates integrated large-scale energy and digital infrastructure campuses across the United States, the company disclosed.
No financial terms were provided. An integrated campus model Copia Power describes itself as an integrated power and AI infrastructure platform.
The company controls its campuses across the full lifecycle, from development through to ongoing operations, combining energy and digital infrastructure within a single structure, according to the release.
Copia said it works alongside utilities to unlock new power capacity, accelerate infrastructure development, and support sustainable long-term grid reliability.
