A 50% stake in technology firm Sudolabs is the mechanism Todd Boehly's Eldridge will use to embed artificial intelligence across its holdings, the company said.
Chelsea Football Club and film studio A24 are among the portfolio companies named as targets for the rollout. The Sudolabs deal Eldridge disclosed no financial terms for the acquisition.
The 50% position places Sudolabs inside the group's structure with a defined mandate: carry out the AI deployment across the businesses Eldridge controls.
