Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) appointed Dominic Dragisich as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 31, 2026, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Dragisich had served as Interim CEO since May 20, 2026. The board conducted what Chairman Stewart Bainum Jr.
described as a comprehensive search that evaluated internal and external candidates before settling on Dragisich.
Bainum, in remarks filed with the release, said the board concluded Dragisich is the right leader to execute the company's strategy and drive long-term value for franchisees and shareholders.
