Adjusted funds from operations per diluted share at Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) rose 22% in the second quarter of 2026 to $0.48, from $0.39 a year earlier, as revenue per available room across the company's 39 comparable hotels climbed 3% to $158, an all-time second-quarter high.
The lodging REIT raised full-year guidance and disclosed that July RevPAR reached $169, a record for that month.
Second-quarter financials Net income applicable to common shareholders was $6.2 million, or $0.13 per diluted share, versus $3.4 million, or $0.07 per share, in the year-ago quarter.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 15% to $32.7 million from $28.5 million, according to the filing. Hotel EBITDA margins expanded 220 basis points to 41%, and gross operating profit margins widened 50 basis points to 47%.
