A monthly cash dividend of USD 0.06 per share is set for CCIF shareholders, the company disclosed. The ex-dividend date and record date both fall on November 17. Payment follows on November 30.
The ex-dividend date is the first trading session on which buyers of CCIF shares would not receive the upcoming distribution.
The record date, set to the same day, is when the company determines which shareholders are eligible. Thirteen days separate that cutoff from the scheduled payment.
The company said the dividend carries a monthly schedule. At USD 0.06 per share, the declared monthly rate would amount to USD 0.72 per share on an annualized basis, assuming the amount is maintained.
