Benzinga, a Detroit-based provider of real-time financial news, released an IPO Calendar API that gives financial platforms live data on the public offering pipeline, the company said.
The product targets platforms monitoring private companies preparing to list, as Benzinga cited surging interest in public offerings.
What the feed provides The IPO Calendar API streams real-time public listing data to third-party platforms, according to Benzinga. The company said the product gives platforms visibility into the pipeline as it develops.
The July 14 release did not disclose the number of issuers tracked, what data fields are included, how the company sources pipeline data, or the identities of any client platforms.
