Magid resigned from the boards of BayCom Corp (Nasdaq: BCML) and United Business Bank on July 22, 2026, the California bank holding company disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
She notified both boards of her decision on July 21. Scope of the departure Magid held director seats on two boards simultaneously: BayCom Corp and United Business Bank, the company's wholly owned banking subsidiary.
Her notification came July 21; the resignation took effect the following day. Thompson, BayCom's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, signed the filing on July 24.
No disagreement cited BayCom stated that Magid's decision was not the result of any disagreement with either board or with management at the company or the bank.
