The Asus ROG Swift PG32UCDMR, a 32-inch 4K QD-OLED gaming monitor with a regular price of $1,299.99, is on sale for $899.99 at Amazon, Best Buy, and B&H Photo.
The $400 discount has been in place for most of July, according to The Verge, and no end date has been confirmed by the retailers or Asus.
What is behind the discount Asus is likely selling the PG32UCDMR at the lower price to clear units so it can redirect attention to a newer model, The Verge reported.
That newer model carries the same $1,299.99 list price as the PG32UCDMR's standard retail figure and uses a Tandem QD-OLED display with slightly better specifications.
